• GRAPHICS
  Often the most appealing part of a web page is the art, graphics, or photographs added for visual effect.  We will help you strike a balance between graphics and the time it takes for your page to load -- an important consideration when designing a web site.  We strive to design our sites with this in mind.
  
  

• SITE HOSTING SET-UP/DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
  If you have not begun the process of setting up your site, we can make the arrangements for you, registering your domain name and setting you up with a hosting provider (ISP).  We will handle all your technical issues with the hosting service as part of managing your site. 
  
  

• E-COMMERCE
  The addition of a "shopping cart" opens up a whole new area to increase sales while providing customer convenience.  It's important to ensure your business has the resources to administer the new business this feature generates!  We can build a shopping cart to your specifications, and make recommendations about credit card processing options.
  
  

• INTRANET DESIGN
  Having your own internal website for your office is a great way of providing a single-source communication tool to your employees for retrieving documents, schedule collaboration, or tracking customer information.
  
  

• INTERACTIVE FORMS
  Order forms are a frequently used interactive feature of websites, particularly now that the web is frequently being used to run on-line "errands" such as shopping, requesting material, or communicating with a vendor or business entity.   Forms can be included on your site to send you this information via e-mail, or securely transmitted (if the information warrants this feature).
  
  

• JAVASCRIPT
  Much of the eye-catching enhancements you see on the internet were done with Javascript.  This includes mouse rollovers, slide shows, pop-up info windows, pull down menus, scrolling marquees, etc.  Enhancements done with Javascript can really capture a visitors attention.
  
  

• SOUND  
  To enhance your site, you can play background music, add sound effects, audio tapes (for a meditation room) for example.  If your product is music, you can integrate samples into your website!   
  
  

• ANIMATION
  The effective use of animation provides an interesting enhancement to any site.  In designing your site, we can effectively use this tool to draw attention to your product or service.  Animation ranges from the most simple (single pictures) to short slide-shows and Flash-enhanced "movies" or clips.  We can help you decide the amount and method of this technology to add.
  
  

• GUESTBOOKS
  A guestbook is used as a method to gather feedback, provide users with a vehicle to request information; and/or to expand a mailing list. It can be useful if you are providing something in return for this information, such as discounts, coupons, or another incentive.
  
  

• PDF FILE CONVERSION
  PDF files (utilizing Adobe Acrobat Reader) are now the standard for many types of documentation found on the internet.  Manuals,  documentation, other large amounts of information are often presented in PDF format.   If you have detailed text content you would like users to be able to print or view (read-only) in PDF, we can convert your documentation.
  
  

• REVISING AN EXISTING SITE
  Since the internet hasn't been around for that long, many small business sites were done by someone who knew a little about HTML, or web editing and were able to put together a functional site. The bar has now been raised and it is not uncommon for someone to use their site as their main marketing tool or information-center for current clients.  If it's time to update, perhaps we can make some revisions to give your site an updated look and feel.

  Place a banner on other web sites (often called creating a reciprocal link) is a common way to increase your visibility on the internet. We will design the banner with your logo, if preferred, or to conform to the look of your site.

  There are many ingredients to a successful site - the methods used to set the site up can effect its search engine standing, display in various browsers, etc.  We can do an analysis of your site, including an evaluation of HTML code, download times, and current search engine standing.
